Calvin moved away from the traditional agency model in 2015 and has focused exclusively on embedded and RPO recruitment since then. He has built hiring functions for companies ranging from 50 to 5,000 people across EMEA, APAC, and North America - reducing agency reliance, compressing time-to-hire, and staying long enough to see the results.
Mason Bedford was founded in February 2018 as a personal talent management consultancy. Calvin is a British and EU national based in East Sussex, UK. His sector focus spans technology and SaaS, fintech, AdTech, digital media, and strategic consulting.
